Bee Related Lists and News Groups:

A list is essentially a mailing list processed by a central comptuter, called a list-server. After being subscribed you will receive daily emails whenever discussion occurs. News groups, in contrast, are hosted by server and "threads" do not come into your mailbox, instead you go to a place to check it daily. The following "list" seems to function as both: you can simply to go the webpages to read archives daily, or if you opt so, to receive individual emails into your mailbox.
